Amazing steak sammie! Tender and juicy steak, thick cut cheese nicely melted, it was easily a 10/10 experience. The onion rings were recommended and were indeed amazing, if a little tough to chew through. Wait staff was super kind, place was very clean, we'll visit again next time we're in Silver!

Huevos Rancheros is one of my all time favorite dishes to eat. Adobe Springs Cafe does not disappoint. They serve a massive potion with generous amounts of chili, I highly suggest getting Christmas. Also the service is absolutely the best and made me feel like a favorite regular.

The Greek Tragedy
A Tragedy So Delicious, It's Almost a Comedy I ordered the Greek Tragedy Salad for dinner, expecting a light evening meal, but what arrived was an epic---a mountain of vibrant kale, briny olives, crisp red onion, and tangy feta, large enough to feed an entire Greek chorus (or at least one very hungry mortal). I held back on the tomatoes, but added grilled chicken, which was juicy, well-seasoned, and so plentiful it deserved its own subplot. And let's talk about the lemon olive oil dressing---bright, silky, and packed with just the right amount of citrusy zing. Drizzling it over the salad felt less like adding dressing and more like delivering the perfect monologue to tie the whole performance together. But the real tragedy? I couldn't finish it in one sitting. This salad was so massive I had to take home the second act for later. 10/10, would kale again (and again).

Adobe springs is the best restaurant in the area!! Downright Local & Unique!! The food is cooked fresh, abundant portions, and fair prices for the great quality + CHILE!! The Aloha burger is my favorite, and you can always ask for an extra side of green chile! When I work night shifts, I order their breakfast dishes as they are all delicious & nourishing! The staff has consistently been kind and friendly, going out of their way to say hello and let me know they remember me! I highly recommend Adobe Springs! ~ Bailey Sonora
